An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted on 2/21/24 from 3:35pm to 5:10pm with program staff in response to a complaint received in the licensing office. The complaint was related to an allegation regarding supervision on the daycare bus. Interviews were conducted on-site and off-site and four child records were reviewed. The allegation was unable to be substantiated due to insufficient corroborating evidence. There were no violations cited.
