An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today approximately 1: 40 pm to 2:30 pm. There were 6 children, totaling 20 points, directly supervised by 4 direct care staff. The physical plant, 2 staff record, 3 children?s records, children's nutrition, supplies, evacuation drills, emergency supplies were inspected. The children were observed napping. There were age appropriate materials for all children. No violation observed during the inspection.
