A renewal inspection was conducted on 7/11/23 from 10:40 am to 11:30 am. There were 8 children (24 points) present, with 3 caregivers supervising. The children were observed with home living toys and bubbles. The children ate lunch that was brought from home. 3 household member records, 3 staff records and 3 children's records were reviewed along with attendance, training certifications and emergency drill records. A walk through of the family day home was conducted. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
