An in-person renewal inspection was conducted today. Children were observed in classrooms, painting, playing, participating in Hebrew class and playing outdoors on the playground. While the groups on the playground were in ratio, the staff should not congregate in a few areas. They should move around to provide the best supervision potential. 5 staff records were reviewed. See Violation Notice for missing items. ! medication was on site with out a prescription label attached. The report will be off site and emailed for signatures.
