A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on September 29, 2023 from approximately 10:02 am to 11:50 am. There was one child, age four present with one caregiver supervising for a value of 2 points. The child was observed engaged in various activities. The provider home was equipped with a variety of supplies and toys. The provider's interactions with the child was positive. The child interacted with the inspector and was excited to share what activities she was engaged in during the inspection.
A total of five child records and two caregiver records were reviewed. A walkthrough of the entire home was completed.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no violations resulting from this inspection.
