The new model forms available on the OCCHS website were discussed. There was a discussion of checking expiration dates when parents bring in over-the-counter products.

An unannounced monitoring/renewal/complaint inspection was conducted on 12/9/2022 from 10:25am to 2:15pm. Upon arrival there were a total of 73 children (in 8 groups), ages three months to five years, in eight groups under the care of 15 staff. The Licensing Inspector reviewed five children?s records and five staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete. The children were observed playing, handwashing, eating, napping, and infants were observed being diapered, having hands cleaned, and having a bottle.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
