A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 08/05/2019 from 9:50 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were nine children (thirty points) with two caregivers. Four children records, two caregiver's, emergency plan, evacuation drills, first aid kit and supplies, chimney inspection, and required posted information were reviewed. Children were observed during infant naptime, infant feeding, diapering, handwashing, table top activities, and lunchtime. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
