A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/09/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspection began at 9:45 am and ended at 12:00 pm. There were 71 children in care with sixteen staff. The children were observed at story time, in group activities, playing a game and during lunch. Eight staff?s records and seven children?s records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
