A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 6/2/2023 with the licensing inspector on site from approximately 3:30pm to 5:40pm. The center director and center staff were available throughout the inspection to answer any questions. There were 19 children present with 4 staff
supervising. Interviews were conducted with staff and areas of the facility were inspected to include all classrooms, bathrooms and the playground areas. Additional, documentation was reviewed on 6/5/2023. A total of 4 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
