A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was initiated on October 16, 2023. The inspector was onsite from 3:05 pm to 5:00 pm. Staff records were provided for remote review on 10/17/2023 and 10/18/2023.
There were 13 children present, ranging in ages 5 to 11 years, with 3 staff supervising.
A total of five child records and four staff records were reviewed. During the inspection, the children and staff were observed participating in a variety of activities to include outdoor activities. Staff were observed having positive interactions with the children.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
There were no violations resulting from this inspection.
