A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with the director and assistant director in conjunction with a licensing renewal inspection. 35 children, ages 7 months to 4 years old, were under the care and supervision of 6 staff.
Ten children's records and five staff records were reviewed. One allergy care plan was reviewed. CPR and First Aid information and Virginia Preservice Training were reviewed. Emergency drills including lock down were reviewed.
