An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted in conjunction with the licensing monitoring inspection with the director on April 22, 2022 beginning at 12:20 PM and ending at 1:39 PM. There were 28 children, ages 8 months through 5 years old, in the care of 4 staff. Five children?s records were reviewed. Three staff records were reviewed and in compliance. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were observed and in compliance. The most recent evacuation drill was documented as 4/8/2022. The most recent shelter-in-place was documented 3/7/2022. The fire and health inspections were reviewed and in compliance.
