An unannounced Complaint Inspection was conducted on in response to a complaint regarding supervision of children and staff-to-child ratio requirements. The investigation was conducted on May 31, 2022 beginning at 3:26 PM and ending at 4:51 PM. Interviews were conducted with the staff relating to the allegations. Documentation was reviewed. Due to insufficient corroborating evidence to substantiate the allegations the complaint was determined to be invalid.
