An unannounced Complaint Inspection was conducted on in response to a complaint regarding transportation. The investigation was conducted on March 3, 2023 beginning at 12:54 PM and ending at 2:01 PM. Interviews were conducted with the staff relating to the allegations. Documentation was reviewed. Due to insufficient corroborating evidence to substantiate the allegations the complaint was determined to be invalid.
