Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 2:10pm-3:30pm. There were 8 children (19 points) in the direct care and supervision of 3 caregivers. A sample of 4 children?s records and 3 caregiver's records were reviewed. The children were observed waking from nap, being dismissed form the facility, and preparing for evening snack. The facility was preparing for a holiday party. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report.
