This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contact, virtual document review and interview.
A monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 11/19/2021. The Program was contacted by telephone and a remote inspection was completed. Child to staff ratios were in compliance. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programing, medication policies and procedures , special care and emergencies and nutrition. A sample of child records and staff member records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
