Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced inspection conducted on February 24, 2020. This on-site visit was initiated as a result of a complaint that was received by the Valley Licensing Office on January 27, 2020 regarding the allegations of safe sleep practices. Interviews were conducted with three staff and infant rooms were inspected. The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegation, therefore the complaint is not valid.
