An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted regarding daily activities and forbidden action beginning at 7:30 a.m. and ending at 10:30 a.m. Classroom observation was conducted. Staff interviews were conducted.
The evidence collected during the investigation does not support the allegations regarding daily activities or rough handling and the complaint was determined invalid.
