Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on August 6, 2019 from 11:30 a.m. through 1:30 p.m. There were nine children and one resident child in the care of the provider and one assistant for a total of twenty-two points. Five children's records and the records for the provider, one household member and two assistants were reviewed and updated. No medication is being administered at this time.
Areas observed were: movement/music, hand washing/diapering procedures, free choice activity, and nap. Interactions between the children and provider were observed as positive and the children seem comfortable with their daily routine and schedule.
