The inspector conducted an unannounced mandated inspection from 1:00 p.m. until 2:50. There were 25 infants and children in care with staff supervising and maintaining ratios at all times. Infants were observed during rest and play time and being fed. Children were observed washing hands, having snack, during rest and play time. Five children's records were reviewed and five staff records were reviewed. Please contact your inspector at 276-698-9981 with any questions.
