A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on 08/28/2023. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this day. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined an area of non-compliance.
Based on record review and interview with the Director, the Virginia Health and Safety Update course was not completed for 3 out of 4 records. Evidence: Staff A, Staff B and Staff C did not have the annual 3 hour update available for review.
Plan of Correction:
The 3 hour courses will be done right away.
