An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 34:20pm - 5:20pm. There were 12 children in care ages nine through 12 years old with two teachers, one of whom is the program director, and one administrator. Children records and staff emergency contact information were reviewed on site. Staff records are housed at a central location and will be reviewed at a later date. A walking of the cafeteria, gym and rest rooms was completed. Required postings, annual inspections, emergency evacuation drills first aid kit, medication and transportation were reviewed. Children were observed in teacher and self-directed activities including restroom routines, hand washing, snack, homework and learning center play. There were not any violations identified during the inspection.
