An unannounced renewal inspection of records and the facility was conducted on February 12 and 13, 2020. The staff records were reviewed at the central location on February 12th from 11:30 am through 12:30 pm. The site inspection was completed on the 13th from 7:30 am through 8:30 am. At the center there were 22 children in care with three staff. The children present ranged in age from six to 13 years old. Children were observed in teacher and self-directed activities including table top games and manipulatives, transitions and gym activities. There were not any violations identified during these inspections. The results of the inspections were discussed with the site director and an agency administrator at the conclusion of the record review and site inspections.
