Comments:
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 4/18/2024. 6 children (14pts) were present with 2 caregivers. The physical space, evacuation drills, safety supplies, attendance records, provider/household member records, 3 child ren's records and required posted documents were reviewed. Children were observed playing with developmentally appropriate materials, interacting with each other and engaging with the Provider. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the Violation Notice issued to the program. Based on record review, evacuation procedures were not practiced monthly. Evidence: Documentation for evacuation procedures was last logged in January of 2024.
