On 05/30/2019, starting at 10:30 am and ending at 12:30 , an unannounced mandated inspection took place. On this day, three children were in care, totaling seven points. During the inspection, the children were observed playing with toys, art time, washing hands, singing, free play, and eating lunch. The provider was observed cooking and changing diapers. The inspector also reviewed 3 children's records and the provider's staff record. The inspector reviewed required posting, emergency plans and procedures, and the first aid kit as well.
