Licensing Inspector Anderson conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to allegations received by the licensing office on July 5, 2023, in the areas of supervision, ratios, and medication. The investigation of the complaint was initiated on July 10, 2023 and
findings were completed on July 15, 2023.
As the information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations, the complaint is determined to be ?NOT VALID.?
