Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/07/23 from 10:00 a.m. to 10:50 a.m. with the provider. There was one children in care, 2-years-old, for a total of two points. Child was observed eating breakfast. One child records, one staff record, and one household member records were reviewed. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. No medications were on site and the understands that they must obtain certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT) in order to give medication. The first aid kit, flashlight, weather band radio, and fire extinguisher were observed. The emergency drill log, attendance, and menu were also reviewed. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
