An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on July 20, 2019 from 9:52am until 11:00am. Upon arrival to the facility, there were 40 children present with 8 staff members. The children were observed participating in age appropriate activities, outdoor play, hand washing and diapering. A sample 5 of children's records and 5 staff records were reviewed. The licensing inspector toured the facility and reviewed supervision, emergency supplies, practice drills, nutrition, physical plant, required postings, and administration. There were no violations cited. An exit meeting was conducted with the facility director prior to the end of the inspection.
