An unannounced code compliance inspection was conducted on 10/6/2022 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. There were 35 children present with 10 supervising staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and procedures. A total of 5 staff records were reviewed.
