A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 07/25/19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of inspectors' arrival there were 26 preschool to school aged children in care with 2 staff members and 1 administrator. Children were observed participating in nap, interacting with caregivers, and departure. A sample of 5 children's records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Injury reports were also reviewed. The Director reported that no medications are being administered at this time. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
