The following was discussed with the licensee: With an increase in members of the household, please be mindful all areas of the home and furnishings shall be kept clean, safe and operable. Areas accessed by the children in care should be free of clutter and hazards.
Comments:
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 09/21/2022. There were 2 children present and 1 caregiver. A tour of the home was conducted, in addition to a record review. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on observation the licensee did not ensure all areas of the home were maintained in a safe condition. Evidence 1. There was peeling paint on the railing leading up the stair.

The peeling paint will be corrected.

Description:
Based on observation the licensee did not ensure all bathroom requirements were met. Evidence: There was no toilet paper or holder in the bathroom used by the children.
Plan of Correction:
The toilet paper was replenished during the inspection.
