This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A Facetime monitoring inspection was conducted with the provider. A total of 5 children (12pts) with Provider was on site. Observation of the program area, crib room, all five children in care and the bathroom was made. The children were busy playing with toys, coloring number 1, 2 and 3 and transitioning to lunch time. Lunch today was chicken, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies and pineapple. No medications on site and no identified food allergies. Positive interaction observed with the provider. Documents were sent electronically to review. A total of 2 children's records and all background checks were reviewed. The home was observed equipped with adequate toys and equipment that were age appropriate for the children in care. Thank you for your cooperation with this process.
