Two Licensing Inspectors conducted an unannounced complaint inspection on February 20, 2024 in response to allegations received by the licensing office on January 12, 2024, in the areas of adult to child ratios, and building maintenance. There were 17 children present during the inspection
An unannounced Religiously Exempt Code Complaint Inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI complaint inspection. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in Code requirements were reviewed during this inspection. Violations related to the complaint are cited on the Code Complaint inspection.
Based on inspection, the Vendor failed to maintain a written hard copy record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs for each group of children.
