A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on May 6, 2024 between the hours of approximately 10:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 0 children present with the Provider during the inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, fire drill log, menu, and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. A walk-through of the home was completed. 1 caregiver record was reviewed. There were 0 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
