Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 7/13/2022 from 9:45 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. There were 11 children present for a total of 29 points, ranging in ages from 5 months to 5 years old with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on review of records, the provider failed to ensure that each child?s record contained results of the health examination for each child. Evidence: 1. Child #1?s record did not contain results from a health examination. 2. The provider confirmed that the child?s record did not contain results from a health examination.
