An unannounced remote monitoring inspection was conducted by phone on 10/03/2023 from 3:20 PM to 3:30 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration. One staff record was reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on interview and review of records, the provider failed to ensure that central registry background check results were received before the 30th day of employment. Evidence: 1. Staff #3?s start date was 05/01/2023. Staff #3 did not have a central registry background check on file. 2. The provider confirmed that the central registry background check result had not been received.
