A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 7/30/19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements from 10:40am to 12:45pm. There were 5 children (11 points) in care of 2 caregivers. The children were observed watching TV shows, playing with legos, blocks and eating lunch. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
