Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on August 7, 2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. A violation was found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and is identified on the violation notice. Based on record review, the provider failed to ensure all caregivers completed the Virginia Preservice Training for Child Care Staff.
Evidence: Staff 1 and 2 have not completed the Virginia Preservice Training for Child Care Staff.
Plan of Correction:
We will complete it and send the training certificate to the inspector.
