An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted on 8/17/22 in response to a complaint received in the licensing office regarding allegations of children not being changed when they are wet/have a bowel movement and children not having privacy when they use the restroom. Based on observation in the classrooms, review of documentation, and interviews conducted, the allegations were unable to be substantiated due to insufficient corroborating evidence.
