A complaint was received in the licensing office on 02/15/2023 regarding the center not being in compliance with staff/child ratio requirements. On 02/16/2023, an on-site investigation was completed. Interviews were conducted, attendance records were reviewed and observations were made. At the time of this investigation, the preponderance of evidence did not support the allegation and the complaint is deemed not valid.
