Comments:
An unannounced monitoring/renewal inspection was conducted on April 5, 2024 from approximately 10:07 am to 11:00 am. There were 9 children for a total of 12 points directly supervised by 2 staff. The home, 2 staff records, 1 child?s records, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on-site today. Children were observed playing freely and eating snack (bananana). There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children.
