An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on 11/26/2019 from approximately 2:00 pm - 2:20 pm in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office relating to the allegations of physical abuse against one children in care. Follow up meetings were held on 12/03/2019 and 12/05/2019. During the course of this investigation the provider, staff and the complainant were interviewed. The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be not valid.
