Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews (if applicable) and a virtual tour of the program (if applicable).
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 10/19/21 and concluded on 10/20/21. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There was 1 children present, aged 11mths, with 1 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on discussions with the provider and review of documents the provider failed to maintain compliance with this standard as required.
Evidence: The providers CPR had expired on 4/23/2020, during the pandemic. The provider has yet to renew her CPR as required and the CPR wavier, due to the pandemic, has since expired.
Plan of Correction:
The CPR will be renewed as soon as possible.
