Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted 3/14/2024 between the hours of 10:40am through 11:50am. There were a total of 7 children present, ranging in ages from 19 months through 3 years old (17 points) with the Provider and 1 assistant. A total of 5 children?s files, 2 staff files, 3 household member?s files, and 1 pet file were reviewed. The children were engaged in circle time activities, dancing, and playing zoo with toy animals. Positive interactions between caregivers and children were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the programming space, children and staff records, emergency drills, menu, attendance, and emergency procedures were completed today. No new staff have been hired since the last inspection. The provider advised there was no medication on site today. There was an abundant supply of age appropriate materials and toys. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
