9/5/23 Arrived 9:25am Departed 10:10am An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were five children present, (ages 4 mos-4 yrs) for a total of 12 points, with two caregivers. The provider was present for part of the inspection. The children were playing with toys. Two child records, and two staff records, were reviewed. Thank you for your cooperation. Based on a review of fire drill records, the facility failed to ensure that monthly escape drills are conducted. Evidence: 1. There is no record of fire drills since March 2023.
Plan of Correction:
The provider reported that drill were conducted, but not documented.
