Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 02/10/2021 and concluded on 02/11/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 6 children present and 2 staff. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 2 staff records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliances with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.
The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
Based on record review, the provider did not annually review with the parent the emergency contact information required in to ensure the information is correct.
Evidence: 1. The record of Child A was last updated 01/01/2020
Plan of Correction:
The Parent will fix it today.
