An unannounced code compliance inspection was initiated on 9/29/2022 and concluded on 9/29/2022 from 10:35 AM to 11:30 AM. There were 12 children present, ranging in ages from three to four, with 2 staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, procedures and medication. A total of two children?s records and two staff?s records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
