Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted between 9:30am & 11:30am; there were 4 children with 2 care givers. Physical plant, staff and children records, medications and emergency procedures were reviewed along with the supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted on the date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Based on review of emergency plan, the provider does not have documentation on how operations will continue while in an emergency situation. Evidence: The emergency plan does not contain a continuity of operations plan.
