The Inspector reviewed the requirement for the center to have at least one operable carbon monoxide detector on each floor where children are in care. The center was not able to demonstrate full compliance with this new requirement, but has ordered the required detectors and will install them as soon as they are received.
The Inspector also reviewed the new regulations that went into effect 10/13/2021.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 11/3/2021. The Director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 65 children present, ranging in ages from 3years to 5years, with 12 staff supervising. The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies. A total of 4 children's records and 3 new staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
