An announced monitoring inspection was conducted with the provider beginning at 1:00 PM and ending at 1:45 PM. There were 4 children, age 2 through 5 years old, in care of the provider for a total of 7 points. The children were observed interacting with the provider and playing with age appropriate toys. Four children?s records were reviewed. Three household records were reviewed and in compliance. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were reviewed. The most recent emergency evacuation was documented as July 8, 2022. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as April 4, 2022. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as April 12, 2022.
